WITNESS

Section of the Mangola Street between the intersections of Air Corps and Markham Roads in Lae, Morobe, completed by contractor JV PNG Investments Construction Ltd. The road will be opened today by Lae MP John Rosso and Morobe Governor Luther Wenge. The stretch of the road will be named Bart Philemon Drive after the former Lae MP and statesman.
