SEVEN women from the Motor Vehicle Insurance Limited (MVIL) have received certificates in customer and telephone skills from training conducted by International Training Institute recently.
MVIL said in a statement that the training was part of up-skilling its employees on new skills and knowledge to serve customers better.
Certificate recipient and MVIL administration officer Dulcie John said the training was important to improve their skills in educating customers.
“The training has taught us more in our role to educate our customers and we are ready to educate them on the products and services we offer,” she said.
John said the information which the administration officers provided allowed customers to correctly choose their service.
“We provide customers with the information to easily access the services they need,” she said. “This would allow a business like MVIL to provide its services on time without delaying the processes.”
