NASFUND Contributors Savings and Loan (NCSL) Society has introduced an instant member five-minute onboard processing system.
NCSL digital services and call centre manager Gila Ebenosi said the Wokabaut tablet processing system would eliminate the use of paperwork and advance further into digital financial platform.
“Wokabaut features offline capability, duplication checks and real-time member account opening.
“We’re thrilled to be the first savings and loan society to introduce this,” Ebenosi said. Wokabaut tablet is currently in use in Port Moresby and Lae.
All NCSL branches would soon be hooked up, he said.
“It’s an exciting addition to our digital and member services.”
Wokabaut tablet key features included:

  • REAL-TIME onboarding: Say goodbye to paperwork delays. Wokabaut tablets ensure that new members are registered instantly, providing a seamless transition for members;
  • EFFICIENCY in minutes: In five minutes, members can complete the onboarding process;
  • OFFLINE capabilities: No network coverage? No problem! These tablets operate offline, allowing members to join even in remote areas; and,
  • DEDUP functionality: NCSL commitment to excellence includes eliminating redundancy. The tablet intelligently checks for duplicate accounts, ensuring that existing members are not onboarded twice.

Ebenosi said: “The introduction of this tool shows our commitment to using technology to improve accessibility and support for our members, stakeholders and the public.”
