I HAVE found another very inspiring young motivational speaker, leadership trainer and a fellow author in our nation.
This is one such individual whose story is going to inspire and motivate you. Here is Edward Isouve. His impact is of such that his story going to inspire many in our nation PNG as it has been an inspiration to me and many others.
Isouve hails from Gulf. He has attained a degree in mechanical engineering at PNG University of Technology (Unitech). The author and leadership trainer has written an impactful book on an essential topic; the fascinating human mind, which is a must read for the ones who want to learn more on this vital area. He has also founded a leadership training platform to train and equip aspiring leaders in our nation.
The Incredible Human Mind is a book about personal transformation through the application of basic
fundamental principles such as thoughts, beliefs, mindset and purpose. The author groomed his unique book with life principles and truths that will shift the perspectives of the reader and cause them to make personal changes for the better. I recommend this book for young people as well those who are struggling with personal addictions.

I’ve also had a nurse in Kerema apply certain principles in the book to her patients and have seen drastic positive results.”

The latest training he conducted was in his alma mater Unitech. This has been a great success! The leadership trainer conducts leadership training every year and he is invited to schools, universities and organization to conduct leadership seminars and programs.
As a common denominator of all the visionary leaders in our nation and abroad, Isouve is led by core objectives in his Inspire Leaders leadership training platform. Speaking on that, he added that it is all about producing leaders with the right moral values, ethics and principles who also pursue a sense of purpose and destiny for their lives.
I was privileged to share the table with Isouve and sit under his dynamic message when he was called upon by publisher and prolific author Shane Baiva Tau to speak at his yearly conference. As characteristic of Isouve, he communicates gently but with depth and authenticity.
This platform, Inspire Leaders, is mainly centered around harnessing future leaders of this Nation PNG. It is not just producing leaders lacking depth in character. But he is focused on producing leaders with “right moral and ethical principles and values.”
This platform is the answer to the populace outcry of good leadership and governance in our nation PNG. Despite challenges and negative criticisms, Isouve has proven that critics won’t be around when you make things happen. When you discover your personal purpose, you discover your significance and the reason for your birth. We all must live a higher life and that is the life of purpose.
This has been the main thrust of his passion and motivation to influence and inspire our young generation. Along with other inspiring figures, Isouve aims to make a difference.
